อะรีนาเดินตัวเอียงไปเอนมาจนมาถึงเรา น้องบอกว่าน้องเพิ่งพิการ อะรีนาลื่นล้มที่พื้น สะโพกกระแทกอย่างแรงจนกระดูกแตก ไปหาหมอมาแล้วหลายครั้งแต่ตอนนี้ไม่ไปแล้ว เพราะที่บ้านไม่เหลือเงินจะพาไปหาหมอแล้ว การไปหาหมอเก่งที่ รพ ดีในเมืองไม่ใช่แค่ 30 บาทรักษาทุกโรค มันเริ่มจากพ่อแม่หยุดงานขาดรายได้ จ่ายค่าเดินทางซึ่งไป 40 กลับ 40 กมคือเกินพันบาทแล้วสำหรับที่ภูเก็ต พอไปถึงรอเช้าจดเย็นก็ต้องหาข้าวให้เด็กกิน ค่าอุปกรณ์บางอย่างเกิน 30 บาทขึ้นเป็นหลายร้อยทุกครั้ง ยิ่งตอนเดินทางไป รพ มอ ที่สงขลาคือมีค่าที่พักบวกเข้ามาด้วย มาถึงจุดนี้ต้องเลือกว่าจะมีเด็กพิการ 1 คนหรืออดข้าวกันทั้งบ้านอีกหลายคนกันแน่ แต่เราคิดว่าถ้าเจอหมอดี อะรีนาน่าจะเดินได้ดีกว่านี้ น้องอายุแค่นี้ พิการแล้วยังเจอเพื่อนล้อ บางทีเด็กบางคนก็จะนั่งซึมเหมือนที่เราเห็นเวลาอะรีนาอยู่คนเดียว ถ้ามีโอกาสนั้นเราไม่ควรดับฝันเด็กคนนึงด้วยคำว่า “จน”
